Remembering Kurt Cobain

18 years ago today, the world lost a tortured genius from Seattle.

Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain was 27 years old when he committed suicide in 1994.

Below is rehearsal footage from Nirvana's MTV Unplugged set,

which premiered on MTV 4 months before his death. 

The resulting album was released as Cobain's first posthumous album that November.
